POSTAL RATES & insurance

Full Insurance is available into most countries. The rate is:

$AU3.00 per article PLUS $2.00 per $100.00, or part thereof, insured.
eg. An item costs $AU150.00 insurance is: $AU3.00 + $AU4.00 = $AU7.00
If you wish to take advantage of this insurance, please add the appropriate amount in the place provided on the order form.

Some destination countries do not participate in this insurance scheme. Unfortunately ‘The Strand Hatters’ cannot accept responsibility for any uninsured or lost goods. You can relax though, secure in the knowledge that we also cannot recall the loss of a single article. A few delays and false alarms perhaps, but zero losses!
