Prices
Product prices,
freight charges, and insurance charges are all inclusive of Australian
Goods & Services Tax. This 10% tax is removed automatically for all
export deliveries during the ordering process.
Returns,
Exchanges and Repairs
Strand Hatters accepts returns/exchanges at our store as well as through
the post. If you're returning an item by post, please provide us with
a small note with the exact problem and a request for what action you
would like us to take (replace or repair). Please insure your package,
as we cannot be responsible for uninsured packages. Otherwise, simply
bring your item along with your receipt to our store.
Exchanges
If you are
only seeking an exchange of item, whether it be for a size,
colour or style, we still ask for a copy of the original receipt. Please
specify carefully the new size or colour that you are seeking.
Repairs
If a product that we supplied fails due to a fault in the materials or in its construction,
we will repair it free of charge. If it is not practical to repair,
we will replace it. If an item you have purchased from us is damaged
by an accident or just gets worn out, then we are happy to repair it
for you – if it’s possible - at a reasonable cost. Please
describe the damage clearly so that the problem can be easily determined
and acted on. Make sure you give us a contact number so that if we have
any questions they can be answered quickly. The item must be thoroughly
cleaned before return.

your privacy. We also know how frustrating it is to visit a website
and to receive a lifetime of spam and junkmail for the privilege. When
you visit Strand Hatters online you won't have this problem. We do not

Any financial information that is collected from you is
strictly limited for use in processing your order. If you want to be
on our mailing list you can tell us, and when you want off we'll take
you off. When you register as a customer at Strand Hatters online, your
details will be kept on our database and we'll keep you informed of
upcoming store promotions and developments, not every day or every week,
but just enough to let you know of what's going on in the hat world.

Ordering
a hat from Strand Hatters online is a simple and fast process. The convenience
of online shopping has been combined with the experience of browsing
through our store, so if you wish to check a hat’s price or to
see a bigger image of the hat, click on " View Larger Image / Proceed
with Order:”. This will take you to the size / colour page where
you can select the hat details that you are after – simple!. To
select different colours, simply return to the previous page select
an alternative.

To make
sure your purchase will fit; go to Hat Sizes.
Alternatively you can access the size chart for any hat when you are
on the hat details page. Follow the simple instructions on how to measure
yourself for the various hat styles.
